Blumhouse, for example, uses flickering lights and shadows in their logo animation, which instantly creates a sense of fear. A24’s logo is quiet and slow, which gives it a slight creepy kind of calmness.
What did I Learned from My Research?
• Horror logos are short and simple but intriguing.
• The best ones use minimal animation but just enough to create tension.
• Colors like black, red, and gray work best to suggest mystery or danger in the horror film.

How are We’re Using It in Karma High?
For my production logo, I created Shadowframe Studios. The name appears in white text on a black background, with a quick flash of light passing behind the letters before it fades out. It’s clean, simple, and what i want the mood to be before Karma High begins.
